F\u0131rat G\u00fclgen founded Calinos Entertainment in Los Angeles in 1999. Until 2001, he sold telenovelas to the Turkic Republics. He then moved the headquarters of Calinos Entertainment to Turkey and started distributing Turkish TV series abroad. Calinos Entertainment became the first company to distribute Turkish content worldwide. In 2003, F\u0131rat G\u00fclgen signed an agreement with Paramount and Universal studios to exclusively distribute their content in Turkey for over 8 years.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In 2008, F\u0131rat G\u00fclgen partnered with TTNET, Turkey’s main telecommunications operator, to establish Turkey’s first IPTV-TIVIBU-WEB TV platforms and provide full content consultancy management. Calinos gained experience in the broadcasting industry, setting up the first in-house channels for TIVIBU, FILMTIVI, which offers more than 350 new titles per year.<\/p>

During this period, F\u0131rat G\u00fclgen founded Calinos Films, which has become one of the fastest growing film distribution companies in Turkey with a library of more than 300 films with over 100 releases in just 5 years.<\/p>

In 2006, Calinos Holding entered the agriculture and livestock sector with the aim of exporting dairy products abroad. In 2008, Calinos Holding took over the C\u0131ng\u0131ll\u0131o\u011flu Organic Agriculture Enterprise in Ni\u011fde in order to expand its investments in the field of agriculture and in a period of two years, it put into operation Turkey’s largest private sector irrigated agricultural land on 26200 acres. The Holding’s agriculture division is planning investments in Central Anatolia over the next 10 years, including integrated facilities for livestock, biogas and greenhouse cultivation.<\/p>

After working as Exploration Geologist at Ranger Exploration and Anglo American Plc between 1988-91, he joined Set Italcementi in 1992, where he held various positions until 2008, including Operations Manager.<\/p>\n

Between 2008 and 2010, he managed ready-mixed concrete operations at Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i Beton as Assistant General Manager.<\/p>\n

Tuba Kara\u00e7oban graduated from Ankara High School before earning her bachelors from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 1998. She later completed her master\u2019s degree in International Trade and European Union Law at Istanbul Commerce University, where she wrote her thesis, The Exhaustion of Trademark Rights.<\/p>

She continued her academic studies at the same university, earning a Ph.D. in Law with unanimous approval for her dissertation, Contracts in the Pharmaceutical Industry. At the time it was written, the dissertation was the first doctoral study in its field.<\/p>

Kara\u00e7oban began her legal career by establishing the legal department at Eren Holding Inc. She later joined AKS Television and Advertising Inc. (SHOW TV). In 2009, she joined the London-based law firm London Legal International, where she worked for many years, first in the United Kingdom and later in T\u00fcrkiye.<\/p>

Following her time at London Legal International, Kara\u00e7oban joined GNCR Holding Inc. and its group companies before moving to Kopa\u015f Kozmetik Sanayi ve Ticaret Inc.
